What we collect

When you sign in with Google, our sign-in service receives your name, email address and Google account identifier. Google may also provide your profile picture. We collect the nominations or votes you submit, receipt and submission times, and your age and rules confirmations. Participation is for people aged 16 and over.

If you apply as a creator, we also receive the profile details, links, evidence, photos and clips you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use account details to recognise you, keep your submissions together, enforce participation limits and help with account or submission issues. We use submission and security records to review eligibility, investigate abuse and produce the awards results and audit summary.

Your name and email are not displayed publicly alongside your choices. Participation records use a coded account identifier rather than your email; this is not complete anonymity because authorised systems can associate the identifier with your account.

Optional updates

Signing in or nominating does not subscribe you to marketing. If you choose email updates, we store your email, name and consent record separately from your ballot. You can unsubscribe using the link in an update email or by contacting us.

Storage and access

We use Supabase for accounts, database records and uploaded files, Vercel for website hosting, and Cloudflare for security checks where used. These providers may process information outside Nepal. Access is limited to authorised team members and service providers who need it to operate the awards.

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Draft choices and language preferences are stored on your device. Security checks use hashed network identifiers; our hosting and authentication providers may also keep IP addresses and technical logs. Creator originals remain private until authorised access or publication.

Retention and deletion

We keep records for running the awards, checking results, resolving disputes and meeting applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and record type; there is no fixed automatic deletion date for all records.

To request access, correction or deletion, email streamerawards@lama.group from the email used to sign in. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained for an unresolved dispute, fraud investigation or applicable obligation. Removing a draft on your device does not delete an already submitted nomination.
