Participation rules
Updated October 24, 2026 · Version 2026-10-24-v1
Streamer Awards Nepal is organised by LaMa Group. These are the participation rules for nominations and voting. Nominations are opening soon. The opening time and closing date will be announced after testing is complete.
Who can take part
You must be 16 or older and sign in with your own Google account. Use one account only. Before submitting, confirm your age and accept these rules and our privacy notice. Email updates are optional.
Nominating your favourites
Choose up to one entry per category. You may skip categories or suggest someone missing from the directory using a public profile link and supporting details. Check the category requirements first.
A saved draft is not a submission. Your nomination is received when the website shows a receipt. Before nominations close, you may replace a nomination by confirming a new choice in that category. Skipping it does not remove an earlier submission.
Entries are reviewed for eligibility. A nomination or directory listing does not guarantee a place on the final ballot. Pending categories may be combined or dropped if there are not enough eligible nominations.
Voting and winners
Winners are decided by 100% public vote and receive a trophy. During voting, you may cast one vote per category per day. A new day starts at midnight Nepal time (UTC+05:45).
Review your choices before confirming. A confirmed vote is final for that category that day. You can still vote in other categories, and return the next day while voting is open. Keep your receipt.
Council and sponsors
The council helps set categories and adds one nominee per category. It has no percentage of the winner vote. Council members can be nominated, but must sit out shortlist decisions in any category they are in. Sponsorship cannot buy an award or extra voting influence.
Fair participation
Give accurate information and relevant public evidence. Do not use bots, fake or extra accounts, impersonation, or attempts to bypass limits. Do not submit harassment, private contact details or material you have no right to share.
Organisers may review suspicious activity, exclude invalid submissions, remove ineligible entries or restrict abusive accounts. A receipt confirms receipt, not eligibility. You can ask for a review using the contact below.
Dates and service interruptions
Kathmandu · Date coming soon. The website will announce confirmed opening times, deadlines and any changes. All times are Nepal time unless stated otherwise. A saved draft does not reserve a submission after closing.
If something fails, keep your draft and any receipt, and check the website before trying again.
Privacy and questions
Your choices are not publicly displayed with your name or email. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information and requests about it.
For questions, corrections or review requests, email streamerawards@lama.group. Include the category and receipt number if available. Never send a password. Updates to these rules will carry a revision date. Your rights under applicable law remain unchanged.
